Track of The Month – May 2026
Red Bull Ring – Austria
Formula 1 is back in May – And so are Single Seaters for The Race Centre’s Track of the Month!
Some may remember it as the Österreichring, fans of the late 90s and early 2000s may remember it as the A1-Ring, but as of 2011, the 4.2km track that hosts the Austrian Grand Prix – As well as May’s Track of the Month at The Race Centre – Is the Red Bull Ring!
The track has hosted Formula 1 in all of it’s forms and names since 1970 with a few breaks and has seen many a great (And controversial!) race – And been one of the few tracks to host a Grand Prix more than once in a single year, being called the Austrian Grand Prix as well as the Styrian Grand Prix.
With only 10 corners and plenty of straights, the course provides the shortest laps on the current Formula One calendar. Be wary of the tight hairpins of turn 3 and 4 following long straightaways as well as the fast-flowing inner section – And don’t forget to take the second right on the final corner to avoid the pitlane!
Take a look below for an F1 track guide for the Red Bull Ring!
We hope you enjoy this fantastic circuit and the cars we have chosen!
